LAS
is seeking an experienced eBayŽ Sales Professional to fill the position of
eBayŽ Sales Associate & Developer.
As
our primary eBayŽ Sales Person, your job duties will include:
Identifying
& listing items for sale on eBay auctions.
Setting
up and maintaining the Parts Tree Automotive, LLC eBay Store.
Taking
digital pictures and posting them on our web server, as well as
linking them to eBay auctions and our eBay store.
Maintaining
weekly auctions and answering customer's questions.
Historical
research of competitor & similar item pricing.
Packaging,
labeling, and shipping of items sold.
Handling
credit card & Pay Pal transactions.
Invoicing
eBay sales in our Inventory Management System (Training
will be provided).
Providing
customer feedback & ratings
Assisting
the GM in obtaining titles for automotive sales.
Cleaning
& detailing parts as necessary for best presentation at auction.
Directing
the dismantling staff as necessary to pull parts for auctions.
Any
other related duties as directed by the General Manager.
Successful
candidates will posses the following attributes;
Demonstrated
experience selling on eBayŽ (Example: your eBay ID)
Highly
computer literate.
Digital
photography experience.
Some
knowledge of automotive parts extremely helpful
-- we will train!
Basic
knowledge of HTML, FTP, and photo editing software as related to
setting up auctions & posting pictures -- we
will train the right candidate.
Excellent
written communication skills.
Shipping
experience a big plus.
This
is a new position with LAS and is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get in on the
ground floor of a
company that is playing a major roll in taking the automotive recycling
industry into the 21st century. All company resources
& equipment will be made available to help the final candidate succeed
in this position.
We
are looking for a full-time person to fill this position, however,
qualified part-time candidates will absolutely be considered.
Compensation
package is flexible and will be based on experience & sales
performance.

LAS is seeking a top-notch automobile
dismantler to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for
automotive repair professionals.
As a dismantler at LAS, you will
dismantle our automobiles in accordance with EPA and LAS standards. Responsibilities
include testing engine and transmission performance, testing & noting
electrical system performance, removing & recycling automotive fluids,
dismantling parts as directed by the sales staff, operating roll-backs and
wheel loaders, and any other related activities as directed by the shop
manager.
You will only be working on LAS owned
automobiles in our dismantling shop........ no private individuals or
dealing with the public!
Successful candidates will posses a valid
SC drivers license, be able to operate heavy machinery, be ASE
certified (preferable), able to work in a team environment, have a proven
& reliable work record, and posses the drive to succeed.
